Welcome to Jaypore360 Homestay! By confirming a reservation, guests (client/s or travelers/s) agrees to the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests. We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted leaving the hotel, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
1. Booking and Payments
- Eligibility: Guests must be 18 years or older to book a stay without supervision.
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment. A confirmation email will be sent after payment is made. If it is confirmed from our website, then it will stand confirmed. Extension of your stay without reservation is subject to room availability.
- Payment Methods:Payments can be made through our online payment gateway. No cheques are accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Please refer to our detailed cancellation policy for refunds and applicable charges.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 1:00 PM / 1300 hrs. Check-out: 11:00 AM / 1100 hrs.
- Early Check-in and Late Check-out: are completely subject to availability, if available then an additional Inr 500 will be charged per room and per requirement basis. Early check-in before 9:00 AM or late check-out after 2:00 PM will incur an additional charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
- Valid Identification: All guests must present a valid government ID upon check-in. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License for Indians; Passport and Visa for foreign nationals.
- Always advise the right time if check in for the smooth operation.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation Penalties: For detailed information on cancellation please refer to our cancellation page. Booking cancellation
- Non-Refundable Advance: All advances paid are non-refundable.
- Early check-out due to any reason will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
- If you do not show for the first night of your Booking but plan to check-in for subsequent nights, you must confirm with our Affiliate no later than the date of the first night of your reservation. Failure to do so may result in your Booking being cancelled and you being charged the Cancellation Penalty.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Occupancy: The number of guests must match the number on the booking. Exceeding the room’s occupancy limit will incur extra charges or cancellation on the guest’s cost.
- Room Damages:Guests will be charged for any damage to the property or items during their stay. Jaypore360 Homestay reserves the right to recover costs for damages or losses.
- Quiet Hours:To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Prohibited Items: Firearms, explosives, alcohol, tipsy guests, drugs, exotic plants, animals and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in eviction and legal action.
- Not Allowed Smoking, Non vegetarian Food, Locals from Jaipur or Local Ids for check in and stay.
- Cleanliness and maintaining hygienic atmosphere is responsibility of every guest.
- Pets: Not suitable for pets, please respect their feelings and don’t bring them unless specified and agreed upon in advance.
- Cyber / Internet: is Jio Fiber 150 mbps plan (only for work usage). Any illegal internet activity is prohibited. Heavy download and storage is not welcomed
- Common Areas: Guests are welcome to use communal areas, including the garden and rooftop, but are expected to respect the property and fellow guests.
- Group Parties and Events These are not allowed on the premises.
- Children’s Safety : Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult. Running or playing in stairways or elevators is prohibited.
- Key/Lock Replacement : A charge of INR 2,000 will apply for lost or damaged keys.
- Respect for Property : Guests are expected to respect both the property and their neighbors. Any damage or misconduct will result in fines and possible eviction.
- Hygiene : Cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility. Guests must maintain hygiene in their rooms and common areas.
- A kettle : kept in the room should be used only for water boiling, for anything else like heating milk or cooking noodles etc is strictly prohibited. If done then INR 2000/- will be charged as fine.
- Un-washable stains : rips or tears on linens or towels will be charged to your bill.
5. Housekeeping and Amenities
- Housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels and linens are changed every three days unless otherwise requested. Bathroom cleaning is also done on the 3rd day after check in. This is a very small effort to save mother nature, and we request all our esteemed guests to support us on the same.
- Energy and Water Conservation: Please turn off electrical appliances and water taps when not in use to conserve resources. This is a very small effort to save mother nature, and we request all our esteemed guests to support us on the same.
- Toiletries : Toiletries are refilled once daily, and tea, coffee, milk, and sugar are replenished once a day.
- Laundry Services: Laundry is available for an extra fee. Please allow at least 24 hours for washing and drying. We do normal washing and drying and ironing. Anything related to colour or fabrics guests need to inform the reception staff in advance.
- Housekeeping is available till 1800 hrs only.
- Balconies: Hanging clothes or items from balcony railings is prohibited.
6. Guest Safety and Convenience
- Non-Resident Visitors:For the safety of all, non-residents are not allowed into guest rooms or the property without prior permission from management.
- The Main gate : closes at 11:50 PM. Exceptions may be made for late arrivals, emergencies, or departures with prior notice.
- Security:Guests are requested to keep the main gate and doors closed during entry and exit.
- • Roof access is restricted after 11:00 PM and never sit on roof rail. No sitting, climbing or standing on railing.
7. Safety and Security / Liability
- Personal Belongings: We kindly remind our valued guests that the safety of personal belongings, including money, jewelry, and items provided by the homestay, is their responsibility. To ensure security, we recommend storing valuables in the room’s cupboard and keeping it locked. Your peace of mind is important to us, so please take these precautions for a worry-free stay.
- Insurance: Guests are encouraged to have personal travel insurance to cover accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
- Elevator Use : Children under 10 must be accompanied when using the elevator. Elevators should not be used in case of fire.
- Trash Disposal : Please do not leave trash in hallways, doorways, or other common areas. Dustbins are there in your bathroom. Any garbage / trash which is bigger in size (which doesn’t fit in your dustbin) or food left over, please call for our assistance on +91-8290463987.
- PARKING & VEHICLES (motorized and non-motorized, includes motorcycles) : Car owners and drivers are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged to property caused either by themselves, or other guests. Cleaning of the vehicle is not Jaypore360 Homestay’s responsibility.
8. Additional Services
- Luggage Storage:: Luggage storage is available free of charge for a limited time (until 9:30 PM).
- Shower and Changing Facilities : Available to reserved guests for an extra charge of INR 700 per person for up to Two hours, subject to availability.
- Items left behind : by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. (subject to approval of courier service) If not specifically instructed the Homestay will store such items for 15 days and then donate them to a charitable cause.
- Print Services : Printouts are available for INR 10 (black and white) and INR 20 (color) upon request. (A4 Size paper)
- Meals : Meals are available at an additional cost. Guests must take their meals in the dining area.
- We are a Pure Vegetarian homestay.
- Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance for meal arrangements. Refills are charged separately. Meals will be the same for all guests as multiple choices cannot be managed.
- Eg ** Breakfast is like 2 prathans with curd and tea or 3 sandwich triangle with ketchup and tea or 1 bowl poha with tea
- Eg ** ** Lunch / dinner is like 1 bowl gravy vegetable + 1 bowl dry vegetable + 3 roti + 1 bowl rice + 1 papad + 1 chutney or pickle
- The kitchen : is available at an additional cost (Kitchen usage attracts INR 400/- per day per room)
- o In the Kitchen we provide basic requirements like gas, utensils to cook, and detergent and scrub to clean. There is a Water purifier in the kitchen which is used by other guests as well to refill water.
- Transportation : Assistance with transportation for sightseeing or airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Your calls : during the stay will be entertained between 0700 am to 2200 hrs (1000 pm). Otherwise you can always drop us a WhatsApp message on +918290463987 and we will get back to you at earliest. Only on extreme case please call us during odd hours.
9. Force Majeure
Jaypore360 Homestay will not be held responsible for failure to fulfill the terms of booking due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
11. Enforcement & Penalties
- A system of penalties has been established to ensure compliance with the Rules and Regulations as set forth in this document. The Registered Guest will be provided with copies of all correspondence pertaining to the violation and any ensuing penalties. The Registered Guest is ultimately responsible for all fines and the removal of violations. Fines may be imposed for violations of any of the above rules, according to the following schedule:
- If violation has been noticed then registered Guest has to leave property without refund of the total amount or a rest of total amount. In this case penalty payment can be also requested.
- •If any Guest fails to comply with the Rules and Regulations or By-laws, or with any decision rendered under the Rules and Regulations and By-laws, the Guest may be sued for damages or injunction relief, or both.
