1. Booking and Payment

Q: What is the minimum age requirement for booking a stay at Jaypore360 Homestay?

A: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a stay without supervision. Supervision has to be from the same family.

Q: How can I confirm my booking?

A: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed. If you book through our website, your booking is confirmed once payment is completed.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept UPI, online payments and cash. Cheques are not accepted.

Q: Can I extend my stay?

A: Extension of your stay is subject to room availability. Please contact us in advance to check availability.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Q: What are the check-in and check-out timings?

A: Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Q: Is early check-in or late check-out available?

A: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional charge of INR 500. Early check-in before 9:00 AM or late check-out after 2:00 PM will be charged as an additional night’s stay.

Q: What identification do I need to provide at check-in?

A: Indian guests must present a valid Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License. Foreign nationals need to provide a Passport and Visa.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
  • Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in.
  • 50% of the booking amount is refunded if canceled between 7-13 days before check-in.
  • No refund is available for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Q: Are there any non-refundable rates?

A: Yes, certain special offers or discounted rates are non-refundable. No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled at any time.

Q: How can I cancel my reservation?

Q: What happens if I don't show up for my booking?

A: If you do not show up for the first night and do not inform us, your booking may be canceled and you will be charged the cancellation penalty.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Q: Can I bring additional guests to my room?

A: The number of guests must match the number on the booking. Exceeding the room’s occupancy limit will result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.

Q: Are pets allowed at the homestay?

A: Pets are not allowed unless specified and agreed upon in advance.

Q: What are the quiet hours at the homestay?

A: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment.

Q: Are there any prohibited items?

A: Firearms, explosives, alcohol, drugs, exotic plants, and animals are strictly prohibited. Smoking, non-vegetarian food, and locals from Jaipur or local IDs for check-in and stay are not allowed.

Q: What should I do if I lose my room key?

A: A charge of INR 2,000 will apply for lost or damaged keys.

5. Housekeeping and Amenities

Q: How often are the rooms cleaned?

A: Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels and linens are changed every three days.

Q: Are there laundry services available?

A: Yes, laundry services are available for an additional fee. Please allow 24 hours for washing, drying, and ironing.

Q: Can I use the kitchen?

A: The kitchen is available at an additional cost of INR 400 per day per room. Basic necessities like gas, utensils, and detergent are provided.

6. Guest Safety and Convenience

Q: Can non-residents visit me at the homestay?

A: Non-residents are not allowed into guest rooms or the property without prior permission from management.

Q: What is the security policy at the homestay?

A: Guests are requested to keep the main gate and doors closed during entry and exit. Roof access is restricted after 11:00 PM.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes, parking is available. However, cleaning of the vehicle is not the homestay’s responsibility.

Q: Is power back up available?

A: Yes, power back up is available for most important connections only. In room for one light and Fan, in staircase, one connection in parking. Jaipur doesn’t have major power cut issues, usually because of weather or maintenance this happens.

7. Additional Services

Q: Can I store my luggage at the homestay?

A: Yes, luggage storage is available free of charge until 9:30 PM.

Q: Are meals available at the homestay?

A: Yes, vegetarian meals are available at an additional cost. Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance for meal arrangements.

A: Options can be discussed at Homestay, however, below are the illustrations; about how much quantity we serve.

  • Breakfast: Options include 2 parathas with curd and tea, 3 sandwich triangles with ketchup and tea, or 1 bowl of poha with tea.
  • Lunch/Dinner: Includes 1 bowl of gravy vegetable, 1 bowl of dry vegetable, 3 rotis, 1 bowl of rice, 1 papad, and chutney or pickle.
Q: Can I request transportation assistance?

A: Yes, we can assist with transportation for sightseeing or airport transfers at an additional cost.

8. Force Majeure and Legal

Q: What happens if my stay is affected by unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters?

A: In such cases, we will allow the reservation to be rebooked at a later date, subject to availability and within a 3-month time limit.

Q: What law governs the terms and conditions?

A: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Our balconies and openable windows give you fresh air, all the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with basic toiletries & geysers, air conditioners & televisions are there in the room to enhance your stay.
